HOW TO ORDER
Every Out of Bounds trailer is built by hand, one by one, right here in Colorado with the outmost attention to detail. The first step is to message us through the "Contact" us page with your choice of trailer and options. Once we have received your request we will contact you with a quote based on your specifications. A non-refundable deposit (depending on the model) is required to start your build with the final balance due when you pick up your new trailer. Estimated time to completion is 2 weeks. Easy!
WARRANTY
Out of Bounds LLC offers a LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY against manufacturing defects only. This warranty DOES NOT cover any damage caused by lack of routine care, proper maintenance, proper storage, accident or use of the trailer as is not intended. Paint is only covered if affected by wrongful manufacturer application and it is not covered if damage is caused by normal road and trail wear and tear such as (but not limited to) rock chips, surface scratches, sun fading or chemical damage. After warranty claim is deemed to be Out of Bounds LLC's responsibility, the trailer must be brought in - at the owner's expense - for warranty repairs to be performed ONLY by Out of Bounds LLC. At no time ever shall Out of Bounds be responsible for paying for any repairs performed by an outside shop or manufacturer without Out of Bounds LLC's prior consent.
We stand behind our product and want to do what's right. In the event you have an issue with your trailer we need to know immediately so we can make every attempt to work with you and make sure it functions properly as intended. Your neglect to contact us in a timely manner and the issue is allowed to continue to cause further damage will void the WARRANTY.
